Resumo:
Among the many challenges of academic training, fear about how to prepare and face the job
market is one of them. Entrepreneurship is a very widespread tool in Brazil, but little applied
in the notes of the undergraduate course, particularly in the Civil Engineering course. This
research conducted an analysis on how entrepreneurship can lead positively in the training of
civil engineers, an objective of identifying how to apply it in academic development and what
techniques to use during its application. Therefore, the deductive method with a qualitative
approach was used in its methodology and it is also a literature review. Data collection was
carried out by means of revisions that prove that the combination of technical and theoretical
education in conjunction with market practices is essential for undergraduate students.
Education based on entrepreneurial activities, through disciplines that address such as theme,
activities in teams, in addition to contact with MEJ (Movimento Empresa Júnior), which, in
turn, directly brings with it the entire set of techniques regarding situations that the labor market
imposes.
