Furthermore, the company understands the individual needs of its customers and strives to offer suitable solutions to meet their specific demands, thus standing out in the market.With continuous growth in São Paulo, 100% Paraíba sees an opportunity to expand its business by establishing a new unit in the Northeast, specifically in the city of Campina Grande, where there is a high consumption of typical regional products. Through the business plan proposed in this work, it is expected that the enterprise will consolidate itself in the Paraíba market and become a reference in the segment, maintaining its commitment to the quality of the products offered.In financial terms, the new distribution unit presents favorable conditions, confirmed by solid indicators and a detailed cash flow analysis. The simple payback period is 10 months, indicating a rapid return on investment. The projected annual revenue for the enterprise is R$ 2,938,617.148, with a profitability of 16.89% in the first year. Although the cost of purchasing goods is high, the business is still considered profitable and promising. The initial investment required for the implementation of the Campina Grande unit will be R$ 272,971.62, sourced from own resources.
