(22/06/2025) Contribuição da tecnologia na otimização e segurança nos serviços contábeis: uma análise bibliométrica

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the main effects and contributions of technology and digital ecosystems on the optimization and security of accounting services. The methodology adopted is qualitative, with a descriptive approach based on a bibliometric review. Publications from the Capes/CNPq Periodicals Portal and Google Scholar were consulted. Initially, 30 articles published between 2019 and 2023 were reviewed. From these, 6 academic works were selected for integrative review, comprising 4 scientific articles and 2 undergraduate theses, all published on Google Scholar. The results reveal that Digital Transformation (DT) promotes automation and enhances the security of accounting processes, despite challenges such as resistance to change and the need for investments in infrastructure and training. Thus, it is concluded that this transformation has improved accounting automation, security, and efficiency, but it requires skills from professionals and adaptations from accounting organizations.
